West Java Food Prices, Tuesday (February 11th): What's the Price of Fish?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 13:11 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include wheat flour (bulk), pure beef, garlic bulbs, fine iodized salt, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, Minyakita, large red chilies, SPHP rice, and packaged wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp681 (2.19%) to Rp31,838 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies decreased the most sharply by Rp2,850 (5.15%) to Rp52,477 per kg.
