Lampung Region Food Prices Friday (19/9): Red Chili Prices Up, Bird''s Eye Chili Prices Down

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today were observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency''s (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (September 19, 2025) at 10:57 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 9 increased and 14 decreased.

Commodities with rising prices include large red chili, dried soybean seeds (imported), corn at the farmer level, broiler chicken meat, and packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler eggs, premium rice, shallots, skipjack tuna, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Dried soybean seeds (imported) saw the highest increase of Rp652 (6.47%) to Rp10,729 per kg. Mackerel fish prices dropped the sharpest by Rp1,971 (5.99%) to Rp30,909 per kg.

6. Shallots: Rp34,263 per kg (down 2.11%)
7. Garlic Bulb: Rp32,158 per kg (up 0.14%)
8. Mackerel Fish: Rp30,909 per kg (down 5.99%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp29,167 per kg (down 1.77%)
10. Broiler Eggs: Rp27,906 per kg (down 0.25%)
11. Milkfish: Rp27,364 per kg (up 1.84%)
