Latest Food Prices in Central Java: Sugar Price Up, Buffalo Meat Down

The prices of several food ingredients in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (1/11/2025) at 09:53 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include curly red chili, corn at farmer level, pure beef, mackerel, and wheat flour (bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, consumption salt, fresh buffalo meat (local), large red chili, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Imported dried soybean seeds increased the most by Rp546 (5.75%) to Rp10,043 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of fresh buffalo meat (local) decreased the most by Rp144,375 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
