Bengkulu Food Price Update Today: Onion and Chicken Prices Down (Thursday, December 14, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Bengkulu today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (14/12/2023) at 20:56 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, bulk wheat flour, mackerel, chicken eggs, and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, medium rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), garlic cloves, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,500 (4.18%) to Rp37,420 per kg. Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) had the lowest price decrease of Rp340 (2.34%) to Rp14,210 per kg.
