Daily Prices of Premium Quality Granulated Sugar at Jambi Province Traditional Markets Decreased by 1.61% in the Last Month

Latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel: the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in Jambi Province's traditional markets is recorded at Rp18,300. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day and the last week.

Compared to three days ago, the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in traditional markets has decreased from the previous record of Rp18,600.

Meanwhile, the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in Jambi's traditional markets over the last three months has increased by 0.55% from the previous trading price of Rp18,200.

The record high for the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in this province's traditional markets was previously recorded in January 2021 with an increase of 28.72%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2021 with a decrease of -22.31%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of basic necessities today in Jambi show ten commodities decreased and twelve others increased. Basic necessities with decreased prices are Super I Quality Rice, Green Chili, Chicken Eggs, Fresh Chicken Eggs, Garlic, Medium-Sized Garlic, Fresh Chicken Meat, Chicken Meat, Chili, and Local Granulated Sugar.
