Bali Food Prices, Monday (June 24th): What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (24/6/2024) at 09.11 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 10 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, fine iodized salt, milkfish, farmer-level corn, and dry soybean (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, chicken eggs, bulk wheat flour, garlic cloves, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,330 (12.16%) to Rp12,270 per kg. Bulk cooking oil saw the largest price decrease of Rp2,080 (13.21%) to Rp13,660 per liter.
