Today's Food Prices (19/3) in Aceh: Sugar, Beef and Egg Prices Rise

Several food commodity prices in Aceh were observed to rise today compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (March 19, 2026) at 14:45 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 9 increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include bulk granulated sugar, bulk palm cooking oil, chicken eggs, beef hindquarter, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as large red chili and Honan garlic decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Beef hindquarter prices rose the most by Rp4,318 (2.67%) to Rp165,909 per kg. Meanwhile, large red chili prices fell the steepest by Rp250 (0.67%) to Rp36,917 per kg.

1. Beef Hindquarter: Rp165,909 per kg (up 2.67%)
2. Red Bird's Eye Chili: Rp47,250 per kg (unchanged)
3. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp37,775 per kg (up 0.93%)
4. Large Red Chili: Rp36,917 per kg (down 0.67%)
5. Honan Garlic: Rp36,692 per kg (down 0.27%)
6. Shallots: Rp36,227 per kg (up 0.69%)
7. Curly Red Chili: Rp35,587 per kg (up 2.61%)
8. Chicken Eggs: Rp29,373 per kg (up 0.3%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp23,094 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp19,360 per kg (up 0.35%)
11. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,886 per liter (up 0.46%)
