Latest Bali Food Prices, How Much is Red Chili?

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (September 19, 2025) at 08:09 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 13 increased and 9 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include large red chili, milkfish, bulk cooking oil, mackerel, and consumption sugar.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, curly red chili, pure beef, packaged wheat flour, and red bird''s eye chili decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest increase of Rp6,571 (17.1%) to Rp45,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level saw the deepest decrease of Rp683 (10.78%) to Rp5,650 per kg.

5. Curly Red Chili: Rp37,500 per kg (down 1.47%)
6. Skipjack Tuna: Rp35,000 per kg (up 10.89%)
7. Large Red Chili: Rp33,429 per kg (up 2.79%)
8. Shallots: Rp32,429 per kg (up 1.89%)
9. Garlic Bulb: Rp32,286 per kg (up 2.14%)
10. Red Bird''s Eye Chili: Rp31,429 per kg (down 1.65%)
11. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp27,857 per kg (up 1.28%)
