Food Prices Today, November 27, in Bali: Chili and Onion Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Necessity Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (27/11/2025) at 16.57 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 3 decreased.

Commodities with price increases were shallots, red bird's eye chilies, and Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as beef hindquarter, curly red chilies, and large red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chilies saw the highest increase of Rp2,334 (5.84%) to Rp42,278 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chilies experienced the deepest drop of Rp750 (1.59%) to Rp46,306 per kg.

5. Shallots: Rp40,778 per kg (up 2.73%)
6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp40,361 per kg (stable)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp33,139 per kg (up 2.05%)
8. Chicken Eggs: Rp28,600 per kg (stable)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,819 per liter (stable)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,208 per liter (stable)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,181 per kg (stable)
