Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Buffalo Meat Up, Cooking Oil Down

Food prices in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (March 28, 2025) at 12:17 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 16 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, curly red chilies, medium rice, pure beef, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), Minyakita, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Fresh buffalo meat (local) saw the highest price increase of Rp12,000 (8.7%) to Rp150,000 per kg. The price of dry soybean (import) decreased the most, by Rp80 (0.68%) to Rp11,750 per kg.
