Aceh's Current Food Prices: Egg Prices Rise, Chili Prices Fall

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (4/9/2024) at 13:31 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), dry soybean seeds (import), simple packaged cooking oil, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, garlic bulbs, medium rice, shallots, and red chilies have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the highest price increase of Rp160 (1.07%) to Rp15,050 per kg. Meanwhile, red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp900 (2.34%) to Rp37,540 per kg.
