According to daily monitoring of staple food commodity prices from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center, the price of medium-sized garlic in Central Kalimantan has increased by 31.74% in a week.

Meanwhile, compared to the price 30 days prior, the price of medium-sized garlic in this region has increased by 31.74%. This signifies a significant surge within a month. Furthermore, compared to the last year's prices, the current selling price of medium-sized garlic in Central Kalimantan's modern markets is the highest on record.

For the period of January-July 2022, the price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets has continuously increased, rising by 31.74% compared to the previous month.

The price of medium-sized garlic reached its lowest point at Rp 42,750 per kg on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. The highest price reached this year was also around Rp 42,750 per kg.

Nationally, the price of medium-sized garlic started to increase towards the end of 2021. The average price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets was Rp 38,720 per kg, a 1.13% increase compared to the end of the previous week.
