Bengkulu Food Price Update Today: Fish Prices Rise, Others Fall (Thursday, December 21, 2023)

The price of several food commodities in Bengkulu today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (21/12/2023) at 13:50 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are dry soybean (import), broiler chicken meat, mackerel, bulk wheat flour, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic bulbs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chili peppers, skipjack tuna, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp2,580 (6.89%) to Rp40,000 per kg. Skipjack tuna had the lowest price decrease of Rp950 (4.04%) to Rp22,540 per kg.

7. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp30,430 per kg (up 1.67%)
