Today''s Food Prices in Bali: Rawit Chili Up, Onions Down

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to rise compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency''s (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (September 8, 2025) at 3:05 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 7 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include broiler chicken eggs, packaged wheat flour, curly red chili, bulk cooking oil, and red rawit chili.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as Minyakita, red onion, consumption sugar, SPHP rice, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Red rawit chili surged the highest by Rp2,956 (10.67%) to Rp30,652 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry soybean (imported) fell the sharpest by Rp154 (1.45%) to Rp10,500 per kg.

6. Curly Red Chili: Rp33,235 per kg (up 1.07%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp31,875 per kg (up 0.66%)
8. Garlic Bulb: Rp30,696 per kg (up 0.28%)
9. Red Rawit Chili: Rp30,652 per kg (up 10.67%)
10. Large Red Chili: Rp28,391 per kg (up 1.08%)
11. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp27,574 per kg (up 0.25%)
12. Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp19,522 per liter (up 0.23%)
13. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp19,500 per liter (up 2.88%)
