West Java Food Prices, Friday (December 6th): What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (6/12/2024) at 13:25 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, shallots, garlic bulbs, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, mackerel, pure beef, simple packaged cooking oil, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp640 (1.84%) to Rp35,350 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level decreased the most, by Rp110 (1.96%) to Rp5,510 per kg.
