Aceh Region's Current Food Prices: Chili and Egg Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today have been observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (2/1/2025) at 12:06 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 8 decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, broiler chicken, milkfish, dry soybean (import), and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, simple packaged cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, premium rice, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel increased the most, by Rp4,170 (9.27%) to Rp49,170 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna decreased the most sharply, by Rp8,620 (21.55%) to Rp31,380 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 18 food commodities in Aceh according to Bapanas on January 2, 2025, at 12:06 WIB.

9. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,790 per kg (up 2.82%)
10. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp19,270 per liter (down 12.41%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp18,180 per kg (up 1.0%)
12. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp17,490 per liter (down 12.55%)
