The COVID-19 transmission situation in Pematangsiantar City appears to be unimproved. This is indicated by the number of cases this week, which is still higher than the previous week's figure of 12.65 cases per 100,000 population per week.
Samosir is next in second place. This region recorded a weekly confirmation rate of 11.79 cases per 100,000 population. Compared to last week, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases this week is still higher, meaning no improvement is evident.
In addition to the two regions above, the top five also include Medan City, Tebing Tinggi City, and Toba Samosir Regency. Each recorded weekly confirmations of 11.58 cases, five cases, and four cases, respectively.
