The government started promoting third dose vaccination across all regions starting January 2022. The latest development in the third dose vaccination rate in North Sumatra shows that Samosir Regency has the highest rate, reaching 52.39 percent as of Monday, August 1, 2022.

Previously, the first dose vaccination in this regency had reached 114.15 percent and the second dose at 106.11 percent. In this region, a total of 279,000 doses have been administered to 102,330 vaccine recipients.

Pakpak Bharat Regency is second. Compared to the previous week, the vaccination rate in this regency has reached 47.08 percent. In this regency, a total of 279,000 doses have been administered to 102,330 vaccine recipients. The achievement of third dose vaccination is recorded at 47.08 percent.

Following that, the achievement of vaccination-dosis-3">vaccination third dose in other regions are: Humbang Hasundutan Regency at 36.1 percent, Sibolga City at 32.91 percent, and Toba Samosir Regency at 32.12 percent.

Nationally, the third dose vaccination in Indonesia is currently at 26.95 percent. This achievement is unchanged from the previous day.

Based on the target number of vaccine recipients, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Health dashboard, national vaccination rates have reached 97.22 percent for the first dose and 81.67 percent for the second dose.
