The number of people in West Nusa Tenggara who have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine has reached 3.89 million.

As of Saturday, August 13, 2022, West Nusa Tenggara province has achieved 86.38% coverage for the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. This equates to 3.89 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 4.5 million. Meanwhile, 75.25% of the target has been reached for the second dose.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 27,640 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 27,640 individuals (128.63% of the target), and for the second dose, 125.1% or 34,580 individuals were vaccinated.

For public service personnel, the target was 326,280 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 230,440 individuals (70.63% of the target), and the second dose reached 64.98%, or 212,010 individuals.

For the elderly, the target was 368,120 individuals. The first dose was administered to 306,790 individuals (83.34% of the target). The second dose reached 70.35%, or 258,960 individuals.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 2.66 million individuals. The first dose was administered to 2.39 million individuals (89.87% of the target). The second dose reached 79.61%, or 2.11 million individuals.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 533,490 individuals. The first dose was administered to 491,760 individuals (92.18% of the target). The second dose reached 80.12%, or 427,440 individuals.
