National COVID-19 vaccination as of Sunday, January 2, 2022, has reached 282.57 million doses. This includes 165.94 million first doses, 114.11 million second doses, and 2.52 million doses administered through the community-based vaccination program ("gotong royong").
A total of 1.96 million healthcare workers have received the first dose, exceeding the target by 139.39%. 1.29 million healthcare workers have received the second dose (133.62% of the target). A third dose has been administered to 1.29 million healthcare workers (87.75% of the target).
For public sector workers, 23.51 million people have received the first dose (135.67% of the target), and 21.16 million have received the second dose (122.11% of the target).
The elderly were also prioritized in the initial vaccination phase. To date, 14.38 million elderly individuals have received the first dose (66.72% of the target), and 9.08 million have received the second dose (42.13% of the target).
Starting in July 2021, the government targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 98.03 million people have received the first dose (70.34% of the target), and 63.53 million have received the second dose (45.86% of the target).
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 22.77 million have received the first dose (85.27% of the target), and 17.15 million have received the second dose (64.21% of the target).
