As of Friday, January 28, 2022, a total of 313.93 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide. This includes 183.91 million first doses, 127.45 million second doses, and 2.56 million doses administered through the "gotong royong" (community participation) program.
A total of 1.97 million healthcare workers have received their first dose (139.01% of the target). 1.38 million healthcare workers have received their second dose (133.79% of the target). Furthermore, 1.38 million healthcare workers have received a third dose (94.26% of the target).
For public sector workers, 22.15 million people have received their first dose (127.84% of the target), and 19.99 million have received their second dose (115.38% of the target).
The elderly were prioritized in the initial vaccination phases. To date, 15.57 million elderly individuals have received their first dose (72.26% of the target), and 10.28 million have received their second dose (47.72% of the target).
Starting in July 2021, the government targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 103.35 million people have received their first dose (74.12% of the target), and 72.4 million have received their second dose (52.15% of the target).
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 24.11 million have received their first dose (90.26% of the target), and 18.72 million have received their second dose (70.08% of the target).
