National COVID-19 vaccination as of Thursday, February 17, 2022, has reached 330.61 million doses. This includes 189.21 million doses of the first dose, 138.85 million doses of the second dose, and 2.55 million doses for the community-based vaccination program.
A total of 2.02 million healthcare workers have received the first dose, or 137.53% of the target. 1.95 million healthcare workers have received the second dose, or 132.78% of the target. For healthcare workers, the government also recommends a third dose, which has been administered to 1.44 million healthcare workers, or 98.22% of the target.
For the first dose among public officials, 20.14 million people have received it, or 116.24% of the target. Of this number, 18.15 million people, or 104.76% of the target, have received the second dose.
In the first phase, the government also prioritized elderly individuals. However, to date, only 15.99 million, or 74.18% of the target, have received the first dose. The second dose has been administered to 11.08 million, or 51.39% of the target.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general population groups for vaccination. For this group, 106.86 million people, or 76.6% of the target, have received the first dose. The second dose has been administered to 78.24 million, or 56.28% of the target.
Finally, another vaccination target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years. A total of 24.63 million people in this group, or 92.23% of the target, have received the first dose. Of that number, 19.78 million people, or 74.06% of the target, have received the second dose.
