Central Java Province recorded an increase of 185 Covid-19 cases on Monday, September 27, 2021. This increase was the highest compared to other provinces. Central Java recorded a higher number of positive cases today than yesterday.
The next five provinces with the highest increases were West Java with 149 cases, DKI Jakarta with 103 cases, East Java with 92 cases, and Central Sulawesi with 78 cases.
The total increase from the top 10 provinces reached 935 people (67%). The remaining increase in the other 24 provinces amounted to 455 people (33%). Today, 27 provinces recorded a decrease in the number of cases, and seven other provinces experienced an increase.

Nationally, the increase in positive coronavirus (Covid-19) cases in Indonesia today totaled 1,390 people. This addition brings the total number of confirmed positive Covid-19 cases to 4.21 million.
Meanwhile, from 42,769 active cases yesterday, the number of patients declared recovered today increased by 3,771, and the number of deaths increased by 118.
