80.0 Percent of the First Dose of COVID-19 Vaccination in North Sulawesi Has Been Achieved

As of Saturday, January 15, 2022, North Sulawesi Province has achieved an 80% vaccination rate for the first dose, covering 1.66 million of the 2.08 million targeted individuals. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 48.65% of the target.

By target group, the COVID-19 vaccination details in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 21,780 individuals. For the first dose, 21,780 people were vaccinated (127.69% of the target), and for the second dose, 118.51% or 16,600 people were vaccinated.

For public sector workers, the target was 194,980 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 224,510 individuals (115.15% of the target), and the second dose reached 98%, or 191,090 individuals.

For the elderly, the target was 259,460 individuals. The first dose was administered to 170,810 individuals (65.83% of the target), while the second dose reached only 41.5%, or 107,670 individuals.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 1.36 million individuals. The first dose was administered to 936,790 individuals (68.99% of the target), while the second dose reached only 39.44%, or 535,100 individuals.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 245,340 individuals. The first dose was administered to 218,290 individuals (88.98% of the target), while the second dose reached only 61.53%, or 150,940 individuals.
