The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 131 districts/cities with weekly agglomeration tracing above the national average, currently recorded at 2.93 percent as of Sunday, November 27, 2022.
The top five districts/cities with tracing rates exceeding 20 percent are Lombok Barat (24.53 percent), Metro City (23.8 percent), Tasikmalaya (23 percent), Pasuruan (22.52 percent), and Karimun (20 percent).
A national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows that tracing in most districts/cities outside Java has decreased. Daily tracing figures higher than previous days were recorded in 18 districts/cities, while 22 districts/cities recorded lower tracing rates.
Areas outside Java with the highest tracing rates include Lombok Barat (24.53 percent), Metro City (23.8 percent), and Karimun (20 percent).
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distancing, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
