This is part of the local government's efforts to catch up on the vaccination program, which currently lags behind the provincial average. Currently, the first dose vaccination coverage in Bima Regency has only reached 10.67%, while other regencies/cities have exceeded 20%.
According to daily data released by the Ministry of Health, the weekly average vaccination rate in this region is 882 doses per day. This figure is below the average for regencies/cities in West Nusa Tenggara. With a remaining vaccine stock of 27,072 doses, it is estimated that Bima Regency's vaccine supply will be depleted within the next 31 days.
At the provincial level, the first dose vaccination coverage in West Nusa Tenggara has reached 19.22%, with 751,670 vaccine recipients. The second dose vaccination coverage stands at 9%, reaching 388,980 vaccine recipients.
