- DKI Jakarta saw an increase of 2,261 cases
DKI Jakarta is in first place. The increase in cases here was recorded at 2,261 cases, or a 0.15 percent increase compared to the previous day's cumulative total, which had reached 1.47 million. With this increase, the total number of cases in DKI Jakarta is now 1.47 million.
Unfortunately, in addition to recording a high number of new cases, DKI Jakarta also recorded eight deaths. Thus, the total number of deaths during the COVID-19 pandemic in DKI Jakarta has reached 15,675.

- West Java saw an increase of 706 cases
Next is West Java. The increase in COVID-19 cases here was 706 cases. The seven-day positive rate in this region is recorded at 14.13 percent. In an effort to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of people tested for COVID-19 in this province is recorded at 37.44 per week.
- East Java saw an increase of 502 cases
Next is East Java. The increase in cases here was recorded at 502 cases, or a 0.08 percent increase compared to the previous day's cumulative total, which had reached 621,160. With this increase, the total number of cases in this province is now 621,660.
Unfortunately, in addition to recording a high number of new cases, East Java also recorded three deaths. - Banten saw an increase of 446 cases
The fourth highest increase is in Banten. - South Sumatra saw an increase of 66 cases
