By target group, the vaccination details to combat the COVID-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 32,920 recipients. For the first dose, 32,920 people were vaccinated (137.57% of the target), and for the second dose, 130.58% of the target was achieved, or 42,990 people.
For public sector workers, the target was 349,420 people. The first dose vaccination reached 532,530 people (152.4% of the target), and the second dose reached 133.27% of the target, with 465,660 doses administered.
For the elderly, the target was 322,470 people. The first dose was administered to 106,750 people (33.11% of the target). The second dose reached 21.9% of the target, or 70,610 people.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 3.45 million people. The first dose was administered to 1.37 million people (41.47% of the target). The second dose reached 23.58% of the target, or 758,790 people.
For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 684,190 people. The first dose was administered to 406,480 people (59.41% of the target). The second dose reached 33.79% of the target, with 231,180 doses administered.
