By target group, the vaccination details to combat the COVID-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 27,640 recipients. For the first dose, 27,640 people were vaccinated (127.55% of the target), and for the second dose, 118.64% or 32,790 people were vaccinated.
For public sector workers, the target was 326,280 people. The first dose vaccination reached 310,260 people (95.09% of the target), and the second dose reached 77.93%, or 254,270 people.
For the elderly, the target was 368,120 people. The first dose was administered to 208,620 people (56.67% of the target). The second dose reached 29.89%, or 110,030 people.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 2.66 million people. The first dose was administered to 1.85 million people (69.89% of the target). The second dose reached 37.48%, or 994,820 people.
For adolescents aged 12-17, the target was 533,490 people. The first dose was administered to 382,380 people (71.68% of the target). The second dose reached 40.88%, or 218,090 people.
