Pangkajene Kepulauan Regency has the highest seven-day positivity rate at 32.49 percent. The seven-day positivity rate in this regency shows no improvement, having increased from 15.02 percent the previous week.
A similar situation is occurring in Parepare City, which recorded a seven-day positivity rate of 29.14 percent. This regency also shows a higher seven-day positivity rate compared to the previous week, which was only 6.39 percent. Following this is Maros Regency. This regency in South Sulawesi province recorded a seven-day positivity rate of 27.46 percent.
Makassar City and Selayar Islands follow with seven-day positivity rates of 25.44 percent and 23.83 percent, respectively.
Nationally, the average seven-day positivity rate across the 34 provinces is currently on an upward trend compared to the previous week, which was only 9.25 percent.
