Israel has the second most expensive McDonald's combo meal at US$16.04 (Rp 229,560). Iceland follows with a price of US$14.62 (Rp 209,230).

The price of a McDonald's combo meal in Norway is US$13.69 (Rp 195,920). In Denmark, it reaches US$11.46 (Rp 164,010).

Meanwhile, the cheapest McDonald's combo meal in the world is found in Turkey at only US$2.90 (Rp 41,500). Indonesia ranks ninth cheapest at US$3.50 (Rp 50,000).
