As of Tuesday, October 12, 2021, 1.09 million people in Aceh have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

As of Tuesday, October 12, 2021, Aceh Province had achieved a 27.06% vaccination rate for the first dose. This equates to 1.09 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 4.03 million people. The second dose vaccination rate reached 13.77% of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 56,470 recipients. For the first dose, 56,470 people were vaccinated (109.65% of the target), and for the second dose, 96.76% or 54,640 people were vaccinated.

For public officials, the target was 478,490 people. The first dose vaccination reached 309,610 people (64.71% of the target), and the second dose reached 41.42%, or 198,210 people.

For the elderly, the target was 339,120 people. For the first dose, 32,050 people were vaccinated (9.45% of the target). The second dose reached only 4.63%, or 15,690 people.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 2.58 million people. For the first dose, 658,140 people were vaccinated (25.66% of the target). The second dose reached only 10.54%, or 269,470 people.

For adolescents aged 12-17, the target was 577,010 people. For the first dose, 25,350 people were vaccinated (4.39% of the target). The second dose reached only 2.52%, or 14,520 people.
