The five districts/cities with the highest agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19, exceeding 1.2 per 100,000 population per week, are Mahakam Ulu, Tomohon City, Prabumulih City, Karimun, and Tegal City, with respective rates of 3.73, 1.81, 1.52, 1.25, and 1.2 per 100,000 population per week.
The national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows a decrease in the agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 in most districts/cities outside Java. Eleven districts/cities recorded a higher daily agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 than previously, while 22 districts/cities recorded a lower rate.
Areas outside Java with the highest agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 include Mahakam Ulu, Tomohon City, and Prabumulih City, with respective rates of 3.73, 1.81, and 1.52 deaths per 100,000 population per week.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
