Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group has a target of 24,600 participants. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 24,600 people (111.31 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 105.62 percent or 25,980 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers have a target of 225,260 people. The first dose vaccination has reportedly reached 161,430 people (71.66 percent of the target), and the second dose has reached 63.49 percent, or 143,030 people.
The elderly population target is 196,630 people. For the first dose, 106,530 people have received the vaccine (54.18 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 33.46 percent, or 65,790 people.
The target for the vulnerable general public is 1.37 million people. For the first dose, vaccination has reportedly been given to 1.1 million people (83.93 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 51.24 percent, or 648,330 people.
Another target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years. The target in this region is 314,610 people. For the first dose, 253,750 people have received the vaccine (80.66 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 52.13 percent, or 164,020 people.
