Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 33,800 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 33,800 people (148.05 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 138.93 percent or 46,960 people were vaccinated.
For public service personnel, the target was 334,750 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 796,200 people (237.85 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 180.9 percent, or 605,570 people.
For the elderly, the target was 472,850 people. For the first dose, it was administered to 298,530 people (63.13 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 44.43 percent, or 210,080 people.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 1.73 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly administered to 1.17 million people (68.33 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 29.47 percent, or 498,690 people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years. The target in this region was 311,600 people. For the first dose, it was administered to 80,720 people (25.9 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 20.36 percent, or 63,440 people.
