Average Length of Schooling for Surabaya City Residents Rises to 11.15 Years

The average length of schooling (RLS) for residents aged 25 years and over in Surabaya City, East Java, reached 11.15 years in 2025.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the RLS of residents in the region was above the average for East Java Province, which reached 8.39 years in 2025.
