The number of people in Bengkulu who have received their first dose of the vaccine is 429,100.

As of Wednesday, October 6, 2021, the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination coverage in Bengkulu province reached 27.62 percent. This equates to 429,100 vaccine recipients out of a target of 1.55 million people. The second dose vaccination coverage reached 16.36 percent of the target.

Based on target groups, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 15,470 recipients. For the first dose, 15,470 people were vaccinated (112.57 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 103.72 percent or 16,050 people were vaccinated.

For public officials, the target was 164,190 people. The first dose vaccination reached 156,340 people (95.22 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 68.52 percent, or 112,500 people.

For the elderly, the target was 133,450 people. For the first dose, 28,160 people were vaccinated (21.1 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 14.37 percent or 19,180 people were vaccinated.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 1.03 million people. For the first dose, 219,810 people were vaccinated (21.29 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 9.79 percent or 101,260 people were vaccinated.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 206,640 people. For the first dose, 7,050 people were vaccinated (3.41 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 2.5 percent or 5,166 people were vaccinated.
