Based on target groups, the details of the COVID-19 vaccination in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 24,600 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 24,600 people (110.96 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 103.67 percent or 14,050 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 225,260 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 180,670 people (80.2 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 69.49 percent, or 156,530 people.
The elderly group had a target of 196,630 people. For the first dose, 94,500 people were vaccinated (48.06 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 22.65 percent, or 44,530 people.
