Silver Price Rises Toward US$72.055 /Troy Ounce (Thursday, March 26, 2026)

Silver prices for Thursday, March 26, 2026 transactions rose. Today's silver trading price was recorded at US$72.055 per troy ounce. This figure is higher than the previous day's trading which was at US$70.815 per troy ounce. The current condition reverses the silver price movement in the last four days which was in a declining trend.

In the last week, silver price movement grew by -7.14% with an average daily trading price of US$70.13 per troy ounce. Meanwhile, compared to the position 30 days ago, silver price movement has grown by -7.19%. Even from its highest price this year at US$115.15 per troy ounce, silver prices have fallen 37.42%.

Annually, the average silver trading price over the last five years has been on an upward trend. Meanwhile, for monthly price monitoring, transactions in the last 12 months tend to rise. The highest average monthly price of the silver commodity was recorded in January 2026 at US$93.97 per troy ounce.

According to records from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), some silver-producing areas in Indonesia include Bengkalis Regency (Riau), Bontang City (East Kalimantan), Laut Island (South Kalimantan), Sambas Regency (West Kalimantan), and Bolaang Mongondow Regency (North Sulawesi).

Indonesia had silver ore reserves of 2.8 billion tons in 2020. The reserve life is estimated to last until 214 years (2234).
