Vaccination Update: 16.88% of the population in Central Halmahera Regency have received their third dose (Sunday, September 3, 2023)

The implementation of the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccination program has been underway for a semester across all regions. The latest data (as of Sunday, September 3rd, 2023) shows that Central Halmahera Regency in North Maluku has the highest third-dose vaccination rate at 16.88 percent.

Previously, this regency achieved 143.44 percent for the first dose and 108.7 percent for the second dose. A total of 111,140 doses have been administered in this region, exceeding the target of 41,315 vaccine recipients.

Subsequently, Ternate City has achieved a 10.31 percent vaccination rate, South Halmahera Regency at 9.11 percent, and East Halmahera Regency at 6.42 percent.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health's dashboard, the national vaccination rate for the first dose has reached 86.88 percent and 74.55 percent for the second dose.
