Pinrang Regency residents' expenditure on cooking oil and other coconut products: Rp4,68 per capita per week

The average expenditure of residents in Pinrang Regency for purchasing oil and other coconut products in 2023 was Rp4.68 per capita per week. This figure is lower than the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp20.8 per capita per week.

The four largest expenditure items for the oil and coconut group in Pinrang Regency, in descending order, were sunflower oil (Rp2,995.38 per capita per week), coconut (excluding instant coconut milk) (Rp393.38 per capita per week), coconut oil (Rp139.13 per capita per week), and the lowest expenditure was for other oils and coconuts (Rp4.68 per capita per week).

Average per capita expenditure is the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, including purchases, gifts, and self-produced goods, divided by the number of household members. Expenditure on food consumption is calculated weekly, while non-food consumption is calculated monthly and for the past 12 months. The average per capita consumption/expenditure figures presented in BPS publications are obtained by dividing the total consumption of all households (both consuming food and non-food) by the total population.

Based on region, the highest expenditure for purchasing other oils and coconuts was in Dogiyai Regency, and the lowest was in Barru Regency. Pinrang Regency ranked 420th in terms of expenditure for purchasing other oils and coconuts.
