Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 14,260 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 14,260 people (115.45 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 106.99 percent or 15,250 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 174,710 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 114,030 people (65.27 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 52.31 percent, or 91,390 people.
The elderly target was 127,310 people. For the first dose, it was administered to 69,900 people (54.9 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 32.5 percent, or 41,380 people.
The target for vulnerable members of the general public was 885,530 people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly administered to 610,410 people (69.17 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 40.17 percent, or 355,180 people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years. The target in this region was 215,890 people. For the first dose, 170,670 people were vaccinated (79.05 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 48.65 percent, or 105,040 people.
