Jambi's Vaccination Coverage Reached 96.28% of the Target as of Sunday, May 8, 2022

As of Sunday, May 8, 2022, Jambi Province has achieved a 96.28% vaccination rate for the first dose, covering 2.59 million of the 2.69 million targeted individuals. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 74.94% of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 23,710 individuals. For the first dose, 23,710 individuals were vaccinated (125.87% of the target), and for the second dose, 28,960 individuals were vaccinated (122.13% of the target).

For public sector workers, the target was 236,610 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 312,250 individuals (131.97% of the target), and the second dose reached 279,150 individuals (117.98% of the target).

For the elderly, the target was 222,250 individuals. The first dose was administered to 161,070 individuals (72.47% of the target), while the second dose reached 119,620 individuals (53.82% of the target).

For the vulnerable general population, the target was 1.84 million individuals. The first dose was administered to 1.44 million individuals (78.47% of the target), while the second dose reached 1.11 million individuals (60.63% of the target).

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 364,230 individuals. The first dose was administered to 344,390 individuals (94.55% of the target), while the second dose reached 276,800 individuals (76% of the target).
