PT Hutama Karya (Persero) is offering a 20% toll discount on the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road during the 2024 Eid al-Fitr homecoming period.
This discount applies to the outbound flow, from April 3, 2024, at 5:00 AM WIB to April 4, 2024, at 5:00 AM WIB. The return flow discount is valid from April 16, 2024, at 5:00 AM WIB to April 17, 2024, at 5:00 AM WIB.
The discount applies to two toll road sections: the Terbanggi Besar-Pematang Panggang-Kayu Agung Toll Road (Terpeka) (189 km) and the Indralaya-Prabumulih Toll Road (64.5 km).
Hutama Karya's Executive Vice President and Secretary, Adjib Al Hakim, stated that this policy is a form of the company's support for the government's efforts to ensure a successful 2024 Eid al-Fitr homecoming.
"This discount only applies to vehicles entering from the Bakauheni Selatan Toll Gate (GT), managed by PT Bakauheni Terbanggi Besar, and exiting at the Kayu Agung/Kayu Agung Utama GT, managed by Hutama Karya, or vice versa; and vehicles entering from the Palembang GT and exiting at the Prabumulih GT, or vice versa," said Adjib in a statement, as reported by Antara on Tuesday (2/4/2024).
Here's a breakdown of the toll fares from Bakauheni Selatan GT to Kayu Agung/Kayu Agung Utama GT or vice versa, with a 20% discount:
* Class I: Rp326,000
* Class II: Rp489,000
* Class III: Rp489,000
* Class IV: Rp652,000
* Class V: Rp652,000
The toll fare discount from Palembang GT to Prabumulih GT or vice versa is as follows:

However, this discount does not apply if the electronic money balance is insufficient or if the vehicle's origin and class cannot be read during the transaction.
"Therefore, we continue to urge toll road users to always check their sufficient balance and the condition of their electronic money cards before departing and to use one card per vehicle," said Adjib.
