According to YouGov's ranking, Honda (motorcycles) was the best vehicle brand in Indonesia until early 2022.
YouGov measured brand quality based on customer impressions, product quality and company reputation in the eyes of customers, and customer satisfaction levels in Indonesia.
Data collection and index score processing were conducted from February 1, 2021, to January 31, 2022.
Honda (motorcycles) achieved a score of 46.8 points, the highest among other automotive brands. The Japanese brand also received the best predicate in Indonesia from YouGov for two consecutive years.
Also from a Japanese manufacturer, Toyota ranked second with a score of 37.8 points. Following were Honda (cars) and Yamaha, with scores of 37.4 points and 24.8 points, respectively.
Mercedes-Benz ranked fifth among the best automotive brands until the beginning of this year. The German car manufacturer scored 24 points.
The German manufacturer BMW ranked sixth with a score of 23.3 points. Positions seven through ten were occupied by Mitsubishi with 18.2 points, Daihatsu with 14.2 points, Nissan with 11.5 points, and Suzuki with 11.3 points.
