In November 2024, Jakarta Province recorded a total export volume of 286,520 tons. Exports of paper, paperboard, and articles thereof (SITC code 64) from the province in November 2024 increased to 556,660 tons.
This increase in exports for SITC code 64 contrasts with the declining trend observed over the previous five months. According to Bank Indonesia (BI), exports from the province in the same period the previous year totaled 374,100 tons.
Jakarta's import customs documents show 22 product groups exported from the province, categorized under 2-digit SITC codes. The highest export volume was recorded for SITC code 85 (footwear and other footwear articles).
Over the past 14 months, Jakarta's highest export volume was recorded in August 2024 at 1.67 million tons, while the lowest was in April 2024 at 75,500 tons.
The following are Jakarta's highest export volumes by 2-digit SITC code as of November 2024:

* SITC code 03 Fish, crustaceans, mollusks, and preparations thereof: 30.96 million tons
