In November 2024, Jakarta Province recorded a total export volume of 286,520 tons. For exports categorized by SITC (Standard International Trade Classification) code 03 (fish, crustaceans, mollusks, and their preparations), the province recorded a decreased volume of 30.96 million tons in November 2024.
This decline in export value contributed to a decrease in foreign exchange reserves and the total export value, which had previously been on an upward trend for the past five months. According to Bank Indonesia (BI) records, exports from the province in the same period the previous year were recorded at 22.99 million tons.

Over the past 14 months, the highest export volume from Jakarta was recorded in October 2024 at 32.89 million tons, while the lowest was in April 2024 at 15.37 million tons.
