According to data from the Ministry of Trade, Indonesia's top 5 non-oil and gas export commodities to Australia in 2024 were:

Iron and steel products: US$1.44 billion
Fertilizers: US$189 million
Machinery and electrical equipment: US$157 million
Inorganic chemicals: US$119 million
Cocoa and cocoa products: US$117 million

The top 5 non-oil and gas import commodities from Australia to Indonesia in 2024 were:

Mineral fuels: US$2.38 billion
Pearls, precious metals, jewelry: US$1.59 billion
Metal ores, slag, ash: US$1.04 billion
Cereals: US$738 million
Sugar/sugar confectionery: US$443 million
