Based on a report by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia's export value in August 2024 reached US$23.56 billion, a 5.97% increase compared to July 2024 (month-to-month/mtm).

Cumulatively, Indonesia's export value from January to August 2024 reached US$170.89 billion. This represents a slight decrease of 0.35% compared to the same period last year (cumulative-to-cumulative/ctc).

The decrease was driven by a 0.46% (ctc) correction in non-oil and gas exports, while oil and gas exports increased by 1.36% (ctc).
