With the advancement of technology, conventional banks are increasingly shifting towards digital banking. However, a significant portion of the population remains unbanked digitally.

Demographically, respondents across various socio-demographic categories generally have not accessed digital banking. However, respondents employed as civil servants and residents of DKI Jakarta predominantly have accessed these services.

This online survey was conducted from February 21st to March 16th, 2022. The sample size was 733 respondents, using a simple random sampling method with a margin of error of approximately 3.7% at a 95% confidence level.
